problem completing to set up the invites for family subs.

hi guys! I can't seem to complete my registration with the family subscription that was sent over to me, everytime I clicked accept invites and sync/or use my facebook ccount I only see the account preview amd nothing else, supposedly that part is to where I need to complete the settup of the family plan but it shoes nothing. I did try to troubleshoot it like clearing cache, usingdiff. account but still not working. Im hoping somebody can help me here. pls see pictures below.
