problem with mobile phone calculation

Hello,
I have ordered spotify about the mobile phone calculation.
When then the SMS came with the PIN I have gone to the news and wanted to look like the PIN is. When I have gone again to the spotify app. The field where I had to write in the PIN was away and I culdn t activate premium. Now I have paid and no premium.
