Keep getting this message. Driving me insane. Unlinked all devices. Used to work. I am not creating a new spotify account just for this either so what is the fix?

Note: If you are a Spotify Premium user who purchased your subscription with your wallet on PlayStation™Network, you may need to call Customer Service to disconnect the account link to Spotify.

Hello there!

I hope you don't mind if I jump in. It sounds like you might’ve accidentally created a second account and you linked that one instead. I'd recommend checking out this Support article on how to find your accounts. If you discover extra accounts, I'd recommend clicking the "Sing out from everywhere" button on your Spotify account page. If that doesn't work, you can also try this link from Playstation.
