"14 days out of country" error. How to update country if I can't login?

I signed up for spotify in Brazil but moved to Canada and now I can't login at all. I can put my user name and correct password in and I get a message That says you "can only use it for 14 days out of the country" every time I try to login. Therefore, I can't update my country settings to be able to use it again. How could I fix it?

Hey, @natlandini -

 

You can change your country settings on your account through the following steps:

 

  1. Log in to your account page
  2. Click EDIT PROFILE
  3. Scroll down to Country and select your new country from the dropdown list.
  4. Click SAVE PROFILE.

 

Note: Your country will only show up on the list when you’re actually there and the IP address matches the country.
