"Account being used somewhere else"

"Account being used somewhere else"

Hello,

 

I am very aggrevated that none of the options dealing with the music pausing due to the "Account being used somewhere else" are working.  I am aware of the thread that shows the option to sign out everywhere but that has not worked.  I even changed my facebook password thinking that someone else might be using my spotify account through that.  PLEASE HELP!  

 

I also tried the web player and the same thing happened.  I logged out multiple times and made sure that Spotify app is closed on all my devices.

The Spotify team should be able to boot everyone off manually if you get in touch with them via Twitter: @SpotifyCares.

You can also get in touch with the customer services team directly using the online contact form and they will be able to lend a hand. 

If you get an automated email reply back directing you to the community or help pages, you need to reply directly to that email (even if its from no-reply) and one of the customer services agents will get back to you as soon as possible.
