"Oops something went wrong" when trying to upgrade to premium

"Oops something went wrong" when trying to upgrade to premium

I have tried multiple browsers, multiple computers and multiple credit cards, and I keep getting an error that I can't upgrade to premium. Please help.

Have you tried to pay via paypal?

It tells me to enter my zip code, when I do I click continue and it says "oops something went wrong", I'm in the USA, with a USA zipcode, and my account is saved so it knows I'm in the USA.

I am also trying to upgrade for spotify premium using "PAY BY MOBILE". I have more than 500 load but always prompted me with "Oops, something went worng.. blah blah blah"... Please send me a direct answer or solution to this. Thank you
