Paying for subscription, but not subscribed.

I had spotify for months, then I cancelled it. I recently decided to get it again, so I logged back in using my Facebook, just as last time. I went to my iTunes subscriptions and turned it on. I received an email receipt that I've been charged, but my account shows my subscription as "Free" and has for well over a week. I sent this issue to Spotify a week ago and have received nothing back from them. I paid for a service I'm not getting and they have no easy contact method. I have undownloaded the app adn redownloaded. I have logged in and back out. I have done everything 5x or more. I can see my playlists, but I'm not considered "Premium". I need help. This is absolutely ridiculous.

Hi @momofsj. It sounds like you may have a second account. Does the receipt from iTunes have login information on it? Try logging in using those details and let me know how that goes.
