"Opps! Something went wrong"

Getting this "Opps! Something went wrong!" Message when I try to upgrade to Student Discount Premium. Not sure how to fix this and continue my upgrade?

Hi there! I recommend reaching out directly to Spotify Support. They can be reached through their Twitter Page @SpotifyCares or through the online contact form.

Make sure to check your inbox and junk folder for an email from Spotify. Once you get it, make sure to reply back right away, even if it says it's from a "no-reply" email.

If you currently have a running Premium subscription, you can normally fix this by cancelling and then resubscribing using the student discount link.

Don't worry, you will still get all of the Premium time you have already paid for. ๐Ÿ™‚
