My Question or Issue

I recieved mail from spotify indicating that you could not handle my payment...Have Spotify Free. Mail said I was going to be charged 789 SEK in "closing costs"

Please advise.

These emails are not coming from Spotify. If you have received an email like this, please forward it to spoof@spotify.com and ignore or delete it 🙂 Spotify does not charge any late or closure fees.

 

In case you've entered any details through the links in the email, be sure to:

  1. Reset your Spotify password: www.spotify.com/password-reset/.
  2. Update your password on other sites where you use the same password.
  3. Contact your bank if you think your financial details have been exposed.
