release not available on the kids / wifes account, but it is on my account (family subscription)

Famiy plan.

 

we live in Belgium, there the kid / wife wanted to add the new K3 album to their playlist (children oriented group - so no profanity issue). For me the owner of the group I can add it, both on the PC and on the samsung galaxy s21. For my wife and kid it is listed gray and says "release not available". Which is stupid as last time I checked I still live with my wife and kid in Belgium??! I also checked the location and it really is listed as Belgium. I also deleted her account and added it again, but still same issue. If I log in on her account on the PC it still has the same issue. So it seems it has to do something with their accounts. But at the moment no clue what else to check.

That's quite odd. Is only that album affected by this? Can you try and copy the working link from your account and sending it to your wife to open on her account? This is to make sure that it's the very same release and that you aren't somehow opening different versions with differing availability. Also try adding those songs to a playlist, sharing it with the others and checking if the tracks are playable then.
