someone changed my username???

someone got into my spotify (someone gave it to him) and changed the username and I'd like to change it back to what it was does anyone know how?

Currently it’s not possible to change our username, so maybe one of the following might have happened:

after re-reading my message I realized that I gave some incorrect information my username hasn't been changed but the username displayed on the Spotify app is different compared to before
