Someone is playing and deleting songs on my spotify, and I cant change the password cause I cant remember the pass to my e-mail.

Do you mean you don't have access to your email or you can't remember the Spotify password sent to your email? I you can't remember, I suggest you reset your Spotify password here.

You can also sign out everywhere:
