spotify charged me 4 months but didn't upgrade me to premium

spotify charged me 4 months but didn't upgrade me to premium

I tried to pay in 3 different accounts but it says that i've already got suscribed or took the promo. Obviously i didn't, what can i do? they already charged me.

Hey @osvaldo_ph! Welcome to the Spotify Community. ^^

 

That doesn't sound quite right. 

Have you checked your subscription page? Your status should be Premium.

Or have you tried reinstalling your app? If not here's a step by step tutorial. 

 You can also take a look at this thread for more instructions. ^^

Thanks @Nico , but there's not the problem, i mean, i tried reinstaling the app and reebooting it lot of times, but nothing, it doesn't appear any change in either the three accounts, but it does in my credit card... any other advice? /:
