spotify free or not???

I joined spotify free and i was charged 14.99 to my credit card.  I contacted them and they informed me to use the spotify comunity.  I dont get it i joined for free and i have to pay and now i have no place to ask for a refund.

HI @juniorjs. It sounds like you may have somehow created a Family Plan when you registered. If you view your subscriptions page here, what does it say? Go ahead an reply back to that email you received that sent you here. Doing so will open a ticket and you should hear back from them within a few days.
