99 cent subscription with iTunes

I have two questions. With the 99cent 3 month offer, is it possible to pay for that with iTunes money? I know that regular can, and have heard that it costs more when bought with iTunes money, but I wish to know if the 99 cent offer can be bought via iTunes too. I have tried to find a way, but the only ways I have seen are via credit card. Thank you!

My second problem is that I have seen things saying, "check your email!" But when I do, I do not receive it. If you could help with both of these things, it'd be greatly appreciated. Thanks again!~

The 3 months for 0.99 offer is can be purchased only via Spotify.com, not via iTunes :(. 

I'm not sure what you mean by "Check your email" messages. Can you please provide me more info about it?

thank you for answering my first question, and as for the second, well, when I went on Spotify on mobile, I tapped the premium offer, and it told me to check my email for the offer.

When I went to check my mail inbox, I had not received promised email (I did look in spam and junk and all of those, and yet no email). Even after a few days, (today I looked and still nope) I have not gotten any email. I'm not sure if this happens with any other possible mail Spotify may send me, but that is kind of what I'm thinking.
