subscribtion problem

Spotify took the 4.99 off my card for the subscription but it's not working on my end saying I still need to subscribe how do I get my money back

Hi @Jaquariusford. The charge your seeing should just be a holding charge that will be dropped on its own after a few business days. Charges like these are used to ensure that accounts have funds on them before a transaction is attempted. If, for whatever reason, the charge doens't drop, please let me know and we can look into getting it sorted.

 

In regards to your subscription, if you're having trouble subscribing, try using an incognito window, or clear your browser's cache before subscribing. This will usually fix whatever error is keeping you from subscribing.
