I have updated my account details,  however I've gone back into my account and it's not up dated even though I was told my update was successful?

Can you explain why this is and how I can rectify it to continue using spotify.

If you get an automated reply email telling you to check the help section or the community, you need to reply back to it, even if it's from a no-reply address.

 

Support usually replies within 24-48 hours.
