good customer service sucks I emailed customer service at least 15 times in the last 24 hours 8 in the last 6 hours I'm in Atlanta Georgia my problem is I'm using the free version on Android 4.3 on my samsung galaxy note 10.1 2014 edition tablet and my s3 smartphone on my Windows 8 PC now on the tablets it was about three songs and in the end checks off a funny story I have restarted even on link it to Facebook not a darn thing no I sent him a thing on Windows 8 PC if I put like a whole album SSKIN to it after the 45 tracks of testing out a positive I have emailed them an email to first day with willing to help me I've got to the point where I'm tired of emailing them and then I have to wait all day for an email response and then I emailed him back and I gotta wait again I truly believe the day hey to customers and they don't want me as a customer I stopped using can do it when I found out that you have unlimited amount of songs an egg's didn't have to worry about what song is playing next because it had to end my own playlist so I am in love with your service I am hurt and miserable that good customer service can't work with me whatever I done to deserve this anyone else apartheid feel my pain Excel how do ik talk to the customer service and make them hit me like a customer should be treated

i dont use the radio i make my own lay list nd  when i use the wiget my androld it will pay 3 so then stop and turn off   i have ustall it on all and renstalll it i sin up with ut useing   facebook    but  same thing evry time i am use androld 4,3  and on my pc  winddows 8

from what i an tell affter the last updat as of lat night it sime to be woring  but  i still think  they could have help me better   but  it sime that it would cut off hen trying to play a add but  add si to play fin now     i just hop it   keeps wrking

as of right now i been use the app on my PC with is running windows 8 and at time it been very slow don't n why i am have so much trouble with the sever mm i rely to be in over with it to the point i wont every go back to Pandora

What type of computer are you running Spotify on? Do you get better performance from the web player (play.spotify.com)?

i did not no there wwas a web browser player   hw do i get it  is it the same as  the one i dowlond lond and my labtop is a toshib with windows 8.1 on it  i have  at  uvres internet  and i have the top speed they offer

Do you know the specifications of your laptop? Does Spotify ever give you any error messages?

The web player runs inside your browser, you should just need to go to https://play.spotify.com/ and login to see your playlists.
