trying to delete premium

hey! i'm trying to delete my premium account but sotify won't let me. what am I supposed to do? they say they are sorry for me leaving them and that i can come back when ever i want to but when i go back to my account, i just get the message that my card info is wrong and that they will try again in a few days. i still have premium, but no card info at mu account and it has been like this for two weeks. how can i delete my premium?
