I was charged for sevice I don't have, they took the money and claim they holding it. Who does that? you took the money! I don't listen to spotify I listen to my bank! I have been approvel in all areas including making payment, and still no service, so that's not it. they are in rip off mode. trying to make you keep entering your card number and charging you over and over then offer you a credit, No thank you. I am done with this company I bet there aren't even any real people that work here just one person, what kinda place don't have a phone number. you will not be getting my card information. no thank you!
@KimberleAnne hi there Kim, sorry to hear you've had payment issues. i understand it must be frustrating. and spotify takes these things very seriously.
it sounds as though there was a browser error during payment, spotify doesn't charge users for a service they don't receive.
i'd reach out to the support team here or at support@spotify.com: let them know your issue and provide the invoice to spotify and they'll sort everything out for you!

I had a hold for information approval that they already had! there is no confusion here just lack of customer service, everyone saying the same thing and not fixing anything. leaving you on a revolving loop of nothing happening. but you where able to collect payment. and hold it and not finish your job and supply the goods. there is no misunderstanding here. I've been dealing with this for over a month now. the solution is leaving paid membership!

Yes, I fogot to contact customer service! smh Hello! ofcourse I did, customer service dosen't work, no one is there no one knows what is going on with anything! so YES I did! next question. I'm tired of people suggesting stupid answers like everyone is stupid. I am a computer programmer I know what is going on here this is why I am done giving them money. you where no help at all!
@KimberleAnne I'm really sorry to hear that. In my experience, the customer service team has been very helpful. I would suggest reaching out to them again from the contact form. If you get an email back saying to contact the community, respond to that saying you have.
The error you've supplied from the community occurs when you fail to tag a post appropriately. The community is set up to help, but issues need to be categorised so that they reach the attention of those with troubleshooting experience ASAP.
