unable to access inbox

I have written to Spotify twice and am still awaiting a reply. I have no access to my inbox to access music that has been shared with me. The inbox is completely missing from my PC and I am unable to see it.
On my phone however, I can see the inbox but no new shared music is showing up past 12/31/2014.
I have had friends send me music to test and I am unable to access. I pay for my subscription therefore expect a resolution quickly.
Please respond.
