want to pay with klarna but not available

Hi!

Normally I pay with Klarna. One week ago I canceled my subscription but now I think it will be better to come back. I tried to reactivate my account - that's no problem but now I don't have the choice to pay with klarna again. But there have never been a problem with klarna before. Now I only have the choice to pay with a special codecard, with paypal, visa or with paysafecard - but not with klarna. Is it possible to stay with klarna when I reactivate my account? Sorry - but my english isn't that good - I hope you know what I mean. Thanks - Caro!

Hello and welcome to the community! 🙂

Well if you click here there should be your "Klarna" displayed. If so, you can just click on "Get Premium" (or something similar) at the top of your payment method and it'll use your old payment method 😉
