1st time i tryied to install spotify app.
then, I updated the software and after i tried to download the app and gives me the error "failed to download.(300)"
anyone has solutions for this??
I've not seen that before. You could try turning your TV off and unplugging it from the mains for 5 minutes then try again. If you still have problems, I recommend getting in touch with Samsung support in your country.

Having the same problem. I have recently bought a new Samsung Smart TV and today was trying out some of the Apps, and I get the same "Failed to Download. 3010" error on many, including the Spotify one.
(When you think about it, "Failed to download" isn't a particularly helpful error message is it?)
But it's not internet connection, so I can't work out what else might be failing all these supposedly free apps!
Any help is appreciated! 🙂
