why i can't hear "bachata rosa" by "juan luis guerra" complete?

Hello, i have a premium account, i'm frome Chile (so excuse my english by the way).

I see the album "Bachata Rosa" by "Juan Luis Guerra" in spotify, but when i want to hear it or add it on a playlist, i only can see one song (La bilirrubina). In the desktop version i can see the whole album, but the problem it's the same. Could be a regional restriction or any kind like that?

We looked around and this album isn't available because of licensing changes. Fingers crossed, we'll have it available soon.

How about now. It is available in my country (Guatemala) but the album "Todo tiene si hora 4.40" isn't. Is it going to be available soon?
