I read that we're supposed to get 5 skips an hour but it's been nearly 7 hours and my skips still haven't regenerated! What do I do?

Welcome to the Spotify Community.

 

That's odd! With Spotify Free on mobile, you should be able to skip a track 6 times per hour. In this case, could you try logging out and back in?
