My Question or Issue

I am unable to save any AI Playlist I create. This feature previously worked and I have several AI playlists saved in my library. I first noticed this issue a week ago.

Attached the error. Also tried several different prompts, of different playlist length, none of them save the playlist.

There was a related post (https://community.spotify.com/t5/Android/When-I-create-an-AI-Playlist-I-can-t-save-it/m-p/6412208#M2...) where the issue was solved by reinstalling the spotify app. This didn't work for me, so I opened this new post.

Hi there folks,

Thanks for reaching out!

If a clean reinstall didn't do the trick, I'd recommend clearing the app's cache one more time by going to Settings and privacy -> Data-saving and offline and then clicking on Clear cache. Afterwards, go to your device's settings -> Apps -> Spotify -> Click on Force shutdown. Try re-opening the app afterwards to see if the issue persists and if it does, it's also a good idea to log out and back in twice in a row to make sure everything's synced.

Let us know how it goes.

I've been having the same problem. This feature has been working without any problem, but when I tried to make an AI playlist recently, I got the same response. I also tried to clean uninstall it, but it didn't fix the problem

At least for me, clearing cache and forced shutdown worked for me. Thank you.
