Spotify won't play In Stereo in my car. Using Android auto.

Using Samsung s22 and Android auto sound only plays on driver side.

Thanks for getting in touch about this here in the Community. 

Just to confirm, has this always happened or has this started happening recently? If the issue started recently, we'd recommend running a clean reinstall of the app to get rid of any cached files that might be causing trouble.

If it has never worked correctly, would you mind trying with a different phone to see if you can replicate this behavior? 

Also, are you using a USB cable to connect your phone to the car? If so, could you check if changing that cable would make any difference?
