ALL music keeps disappearing

ALL music keeps disappearing

Hi, I keep finding that ALL the music I have downloaded is no longer downloaded and I have to go through the whole process again. This is happening regularly and I am getting mighty bored with it now.

Please can Spotify explain what is going on and how I prevent it in the future. I use Spotify every day and this is rather disappointing when you go to walk home and your music is not available offline...

Let's try to figure this out. Can you follow these steps for us?

 

  1. Log in to your account page on our website and click Offline devices in the menu on the left.
  2. Click REMOVE ALL DEVICES.
  3. Reinstall the app with the steps here.
  4. Save your offline tracks again.

If that doesn't work, please remove the SD card, if there's one, reinstall the app, then reinsert the SD card again to see if it makes any difference.

I have the same problem as soon as I turn of my phone. When I turn it on again, all the downloaded music is gone. I tried reinstalling the application, this didn't work. Only deleted it all again.

Thanks Kjen, Yeah I have been through this process my self many times and
it still hasnt resolved the process. Sportify advised this, if it help:

*If that doesn't work, please remove the SD card, if there's one, reinstall
the app, then reinsert the SD card again to see if it makes any difference.*
