My Spotify hav worked for a long time, but now when I try to start the app, I only get a grey screen!

Nothing happens, more than the phone shuts down after a while.

What to do?

I would advise you uninstall the app via the google play store and then re-download the latest version. That SHOULD resolve the issue for you.
