My Question or Issue

When I try to add a link to certain playlist to my home screen, the link does not appear.  Once such example is the playlist “Electro Workout’.  When I click “add to home screen” the sub-menu just disappears and shows me the playlist.  When I do the same for a playlist called “Hype” it pop-ups a menu with an icon that I can then move to one of my homescreens.

Why is there an issue with this (Electro Workout) playlist?
