Profile from search result doesn't open even after reinstall

My Question or Issue

I search for "Amy Rogg" & when i choose the 2nd search result ("Amy F. Rogg"), it just hangs and hangs (see screenshot)

Ive tried:

1. force quitting app
2. deleting cache in Spotify Settings
3. rebooting device
4. deleting cache in system Settings
5. deleting all user data
6. uninstalling/reinstalling

It is not my Internet connevtion as I can stream new music off my home page no problem.

My only workaround is using Spotify on my old iPhone 5 (iOS10) which is not acceptable.

How do we get this profile to open on my Android j7 device?
