Adroid phone not syncing

I had an old account and before when I'd save a song. It would automatically save that artist in my library because I have their song. Now when i save a song, it only saves that song in the song section and doesn't save it anywhere else. If I save albums, it only saves in albums section and doesn't add those songs to the song section and doesn't add the artist to the artist section.

On my desktop app, it shows all the artist for the songs and albums that I have saved and is functioning fine.
