My Question or Issue

I'll get an ad with the 30 minutes free tag, but after the ad it will play a second one without the tag and I won't get any time at all without ads.

Hi there @Homie_Haviar,

 

Thank you for reaching out to the Community.

 

First we suggest that you perform a clean reinstall of the app. This will make sure there's no old cache files causing this.

 

If that doesn't do the trick, can you let us know the following:

  • Device the issue occurred on
  • Operating system 
  • Version of the Spotify App (Please specify the exact version and do not write "the latest/most recent") 
  • Is it a visual or audio ad?

  • Which Advert? 

  • Rough date that you heard the advert 

  • Rough time that you heard the advert 

Once we have this information we'll be able to pass it on to the right team.
