My Question or Issue

I don't have the Google Clock app. I do have Spotify, but don't use it often....when I do, it's on my Amazon Echo device, not my phone. About two weeks ago, a music alarm started going off on my phone....it goes off at 6am EVERY morning. It's a Spotify playlist called Wake Up Happy. I did not set, and don't want this alarm. I have the standard clock app that came with the phone. There are no alarms set there. I checked the Alexa app....no 6am alarms there either (besides, those would play on the Alexa devices). How in the world did this alarm get set and why does Spotify think I need to wake up happy at 6am every day? 🤷🏼‍♀️

Hey there @CupcakeJones!

Thanks for reaching out about this here in the Community!

Apologies for the delayed response, we just came across this thread. Could you let us know if you’re still having troubles with this?

If you are, can you the following steps:

  1. Go to your phone's settings

  2. Search for "Bixby routines" and select "My routines" at the bottom of the page

  3. This will take you to another page with a few routine options

  4. You could see Spotify set as a rule in some of the routines

  5. Toggle the slider to turn it off

Keep us posted on how it goes and feel free to come back to us if you have any other questions.

Take care!
