My Question or Issue

All of my playlists only shuffle play and don't even play the whole playlist. I tried to toggle shuffle play off but I don't have the button that I need to click. They all do the same thing. Every one.

Hello @user-removed,

Thank you for reaching out here in the Community!

On-demand mobile access is available only for Premium users. However, it's available on selected playlists for Free users as well. That means, you can choose a song you want to play and you have unlimited skips.

You can still play on-demand using e.g. a desktop, even without Premium Subscription.

If you were able to enjoy some of the Premium functions before, it's most likely because of the 7 Day free trial for new users.

If you wan't to see the comparison of different Premium plans offered by Spotify, make sure to check out this support article

I hope this shed some light!

Hi @Emilia_8

You did shed some light on the free version. You mentioned that some playlists are on demand and my sister has found some of these but when I go to the same playlist it is shuffle. Literally all playlists on mine are shuffle play. I don't use the app for music anymore, the only reason I still have it is the podcasts. The free version on moblies is pointless for music. Anyways, thanks for the help

Hi @user-removed,

Sorry for the delay!

The on demand playlists vary from account to account, depending on what you listen to. That's why the same playlist might be shuffle only for you, but on demand for your sister.
