All playlists and albums empty

My Question or Issue

I have never been on Premium. Yet, I was able to listen to the music with adds. Today, absolutely all playlists and albums got empty.

Is Spotify no longer freemium? Or is it some bug?

Thanks for posting in the Community and welcome. 

Just to confirm, have you recently traveled? If yes, keep in mind that you can use Spotify in a different country or region for up to 14 days. To use it for longer while traveling, you'll need to update the country or region settings of your account. To do it, you can follow these steps:

1. Go to Edit profile.
2. Scroll down to Country or region and select your new one from the dropdown list.
   Note: Your new country or region only shows when you’re actually there.
3. Click Save profile.

Note: If you created your account with Facebook or Apple, you also need to change your country or region settings with those services.

If issues persist afterwards, it’d be awesome if you could send us more info about this behavior. Did you notice if this started to happen after a specific event such as an OS update?
