I logged into my account and saw that I can't play a single song and absolutely all playlists are empty. I don't know what this could be connected with. Moreover, this problem is only in the application. There is no such problem on the website. What should I do to fix my account? I have already reinstalled the app.

It didn't work. I have this issue in my main acc and i don't have it in my alt acc. I dont know what happened

Sorry it didn't appear. I was trying to say that no songs appear on this account on my phone, but they appear in any other acount and if i log on my computer this problem doesn´t appear
I see. I would suggest a clean-install of the Spotify mobile app, as it tends to fix most such issues easily. Do note that this would remove any offline downloads, but you can re-download content as usual.

it doesn't work, still no songs on my lists
Unfortunately this doesn't work as it was suggested to me by Spotify chat .. they have sent my information to who the **bleep** knows to deal with issue.. also seen others have tried as suggested too with no luck... They need to sort app out it's a **bleep** joke ...I have been using simpmusic app at mean time
Hi. I changed region's. I changed to Greece where I am located and where the account i have was created. I still have the same problem. Any solutions. I should mention have a free subscription
Same issue here. Everything mentioned above doesn’t work (region is set correctly, and I’ve already done a clean reinstall like five times. Nothing helps)
I really hope this is just some random bug they’ll fix soon, because it’s been going on for quite a while now, and clearly I’m not the only one dealing with it.

I did everything you wrote, I'm not abroad, but I still can't use one of my accounts where I have all the songs. And it doesn't depend on the gadget I used, because in my tablet I have the same problem only with this account
Hey there, I have the same problem on my account, and yes I was outside my country but not more than 14 days, and when I came back I tried to modify my location using VPN an d change back to my current country and location. And it doesn't work, I have e no idea what I can about it. As I'm within my region and I did have a clean reinstall of the app but nothing worked, and I tried to test if it's the device but on new account it works fine.
Any idea what could be the problem?

My Question or Issue
I arrived in the US 3 weeks ago and my spotify have worked normally with regards to the podcast I listen to so far. But today all podcast episodes have suddenly gone missing. On my computer I can still find them as normal, but on the phone all podcasts just say "there is currently no episodes available, try again later". I also checked public playlists and they are also empty. Only songs I have manually added to playlists are still there, or individual podcast episodes that pop up on the start screen are playable (if I then go into that particular podcast which is playable from the main page, it is suddenly missing again). I have tried logging out and in again. Removed app data and cache, re-installed the app and rebooted the phone and more or less all combinations of the later.
