My Question or Issue

Every time I try to view my spotify wrapped the app either crashes within a few seconds, the slide is not displaying properly (attached picture) or I get to see only one slide and when the next one begins the app crashes. I tried pretty much everything to fix this issue, but nothing seems to work.

Edit: no this has nothing to do with animation settings.

Hubo, I have followed the steps and changed animation settings as per guidance (tried all variations) and the crash happens always on the 'Ready to get into it' slide.

GUYS, for problems on android, if the wrapped just skips through or crashes JUST TURN OFF "REMOVE ANIMATIONS" in settings. Worked for me immediately after I turned it off. 🙂

Hey! 

Could you guys help me? 

I have the new Top Songs 2021 playlist however i have these "episodes" in them and i want them gone. I have premium account and i don't understand why do i have to listen to something if i don't want to.

Hey @gbsep, thanks for posting here!

The best thing to do here is to follow these steps to create a playlist without the videos.

For PC/Mac:
Open Your Top Songs 2021 playlist on your PC/Mac
Press Ctrl/Cmd+A to select all 100 songs in it
Right click > Add to playlist > Add to new playlist
Hold Ctrl/Cmd and select all videos, then press delete.

Hi just wanted to throw in that this issue has absolutely nothing to do with animations settings. So no turning them off or on is not a solution please stop saying i need to turn them on/off i literally tried this even before i started this thread.

This is the solution to my problem as well! The removal of the animations in developer tools is how I created this problem with Spotify myself without knowing it.
