Android 13 tablet (Doogee T10) canvas not working?

Although I have followed all possible advice (disabled data saver, switching canvas button ON/OFF, deleted data cache, reinstalled, different account free/premium...), the canvas function, although it is turned on, does not display the video. Only when I share the song does the video canvas appear (only until I close the share window). Any recommendations on what else to try? I bought a new tablet mainly for Spotify and I really miss this feature... (works flawlessly on my Samsung S20)

Thanks for posting in the Community.

If this happens only on the tablet, it is to be expected, because the Canvas feature is available on mobile devices only.

Hope this clears things a bit.
