Android 7 no lockscreen control

Hey there,

so I installed spotify on my android 7 phone  (stock) and I have no possibility to control (play/pause, next etc.) in my lockscreen.  Even in the drop down menu is no spotify interface. So I have to unlock my phone and open the app to pause/play etc. Thats pretty annoying.

BUT sometimes (rarely) I have the normal interface in lockscreen.

Is that a known error, or can I do something against it?
