i´M LISTENING TO MY MUSIC AND SUDDENLY IT TURNS OFF!!  WHAT´S THE PROBLEM??  i HAVE A FAMILY ACCOUNT.  THANKS!

If you have a S7 then make sure you don't have a Battery Saver option enabled.
