Android App: Loading on Startup

Hi guys, anyone else having the problem on Android where leaving the app, then going back into it will give you a frozen "loading" screen?

I haven't found an Android specific thread for this (correct me if I'm wrong), but let me know if there's a fix.

Yes. Every time I open Spotify on my Sony Xperia Z3 Compact, I can navigate the app menu (Search, Browse etc.) but no content is visible, just rotating green circle. It takes tens of annoying seconds, sometimes minutes. At the end it starts working normally. It has been a long term problem. All up2date, reinstallation does not help. Last couple of weeks it is getting worse. Today I had to restart my phone again completely.
