After the Android app update to version 8.4.62.490 arm the option to disable download data over mobile provider is now switched to on. In 15 minutes all my mobile data is gone!

I could disable it manually and than It works again but I don't want to check this setting after every update.

Sorry to hear about the issue you're having with this setting. Try disabling it to see if it ever happens again.
If it does, try a clean reinstall to see if it helps.
