Android Library blank except one artist

My Question or Issue

I had a Spotify premium account with a close friend for a short while to try it out. We loved it, and I decided to make a new one. I found out that you can save all your music to a playlist from an old account, then open a new account, and just user search to grab all that music. That worked for the Desktop application.

However, on mobile, when I hit Library, it looks different. Instead of going to a vertical list of artists, songs, albums, etc. It is a horizontal list with Playlists first, showing my Liked Songs, and my Artists are blank. Note that on desktop, the songs have been saved correctly and are in my library so I can view my Library by artists, songs, albums, etc. On Android however, only one artist shows up in my Library.

If anyone could help, it'd be greatly appreciated, I mostly use Spotify on Android and it's unusable like this.
