[Android] Playlist update notifications not turning off

For the latest version of premium Spotify on Android on my Galaxy S8 I am having issues with unwanted push notifications. In settings within the app I have gone to the notifications menu and turned off push and email notifications for every option available, however I still receive notifications every few days about updates to playlists.
