Android - Playlists No Longer Displayed in Library

My Question or Issue

In "Your Library" I no longer have 'Playlists' as an option (or 'Podcasts' for that matter). I am running Spotify version 8.5.18.934. I have tried logging out and re-installing the app but those troubleshooting steps have not worked. Is this a known issue? Screenshot attached.
