Android Web Preview No Longer Showing When Shared

My Question or Issue

With the recent change to the URL length when sharing songs via text, the web preview no longer shows. Previously, the web preview would show album or song art and song title. This happens both when sending or receiving songs with either Apple or Android.

Could you send us some screenshots of what you're seeing on your end? We'll take a closer look. You can attach them to your next response by using the Insert image option in the post editor. Make sure not to send any private info.

Sure! This happens when texting both Apple and Android.

Just to confirm, is this only happening when you share the songs' link via text messages or when you send them via other apps such as Messenger as well?

I only send songs via text so I can't speak to any other messaging apps.

I'm having the same problem as MackAllyn91.  It started about 2-3 months ago.  It hasn't worked since.   Only the text string of the link and no "web preview" of the song shared.
