Android client on Wifi causing network havoc..

When I have my phone on wifi and am playing spotify, my network seems to be flooded down with incoming connection attempts.. here is a quick snippet of my firewall logs:

As you can see, this is only over the course a few seconds - this continues for however long the android client is playing music. What's going on?
