My Question or Issue
I have has Spotify the app on the tablet previously and unistalled it so I could reinstall after upgrading to premium. I did this because after I upgraded, I was still getting ads.
I went into the play store to install it again and it shows this mesage:
'No internet connection. Make sure that Wi-Fi or mobile data is turned on, then try again.'
I thought it nust be internet but my connection is excellent and I can access the internet no problem when browsing, then I thought it must be Play Store so I tried downloading a bunch of different apps and they all installed fine.
It's only when I try and clock on spotify it won't even load the page, just that message.
I have also tried downloading via the internet but when I click the buttton nothing happens, also Amazon method as well but no luck on getting it to download.
Is there an issue with the age of my tablet? I had it downloaded only from a few months ago with no issues via the Play Store - now I am paying for premium and I can't even re-install!
Can anyone help?
