Android failure

Spotify fails to load, starting today. Removed and reinstalled, cold booted my phone. Worked fine yesterday. Computers work fine.

Can I ask what type of Android device you're using and the Spotify version? Please can ask also what error message you receive when trying to load the app.

I solved the problem. It was Facebook. I removed and reinstalled FB, and Spotify worked again. #Facebook #Spotify crash

my husband had a premium acount and we cancelled it now every song on his phone has a lock on it but he can use it on the ps4
